Over the last few years, following the Group's own strategy, we have been able to grow externally through M&A, achieving important acquisitions.

In 2020, after several years of collaboration, we acquired Comunico S.r.l., a renowned company active in business intelligence and project management.

Three years later, in 2023, we reached another significant milestone, with the acquisition of Argenton & Soci S.r.l.. The synergies created with this company, which plays a leading role in maritime satellite communications, enabled us to further expand our range of IT solutions.
